KEY CHALLENGE
Migrating legacy systems, scaling multi-tenant whitelabel architecture, and optimizing merchant workflows.
THE CONTEXT & SCOPE
Leading the design system and end-to-end product architecture across Ignatia’s ecosystem—from mobile POS apps to our web backoffice and multi-tenant white-label solutions.
THE COMPLEXITY
Our legacy backoffice, built on a rigid Angular setup, couldn't keep up as our merchant base scaled. It lacked true mobile responsiveness, forcing users into heavy horizontal scrolling on smaller screens and slowing down everyday store operations.
THE ARCHITECTURAL OVERHAUL
We initiated a complete structural overhaul to migrate the backoffice into a responsive Flutter web environment. By rethinking how dense data tables behave on mobile, we eliminated layout friction and made critical business data easily accessible anywhere.
IMPACT & LEADERSHIP
Stepping into a Lead role shifted my focus from pixel-pushing to system strategy and design QA. By establishing a centralized design system with robust tokens and variables, I enabled our junior designers to ship work independently while keeping the entire product ecosystem scalable and consistent.
